Eggs

Eggs for eating or hatching can be picked up from our farm year around. Please call or e-mail us to make an appointment. Please note that our eggs are non-graded and we are therefore prohibited from selling to stores or restaurants. Sorry, we do not deliver. We are pleased to announce that we are in the process of applying for organic certification from the USDA and "Certified Humane" from Humane Farm Animal Care.

Shipping

We ship harnesses, huts and hen aprons via the US Postal Service. Shipping options are: Express Mail (1 day, in some cases 2);  Priority Mail (2-3 days) and First Class Mail (2-5 days).

Horizon shipping boxes are drop-shipped by Horizon and usually ship within 2-3 business days via Federal Express.

The price of hatching eggs includes shipping and insurance against loss. When checking out, do not select a shipping method or you will encounter an error. We ship eggs via USPS priority mail (2-3 days). We prefer to ship eggs Monday through Wednesday so that your eggs will arrive as fresh as possible and not have to spend an extra day or two at the post-office over the weekend. However, we will ship on any day you request. Unfortunately, we CANNOT offer a guarantee that all of your eggs will hatch nor can we guarantee they will not have been drop-kicked by someone at the post office and arrive in perfect shape; that said, we will pack them extremely well. Eggs are very fragile and may break if roughly mishandled by the USPS no matter how well packed they are. The USPS may also misdirect or lose your eggs. To protect your purchase in the event your eggs are lost or misdirected by the Postal Service, the price of eggs includes insurance. If your eggs do not arrive within 10 days (the optimum incubating time range), we will file a claim with the post office to obtain a full refund for you. Sorry, but we are not responsible for eggs once they leave our hands; nor can we accept returns.

Return Policy

We happily accept returns on all items except eggs and Horizon shipping boxes for either exchange or refund provided the item returned is in excellent condition.

Our Privacy Policy

Crazy K Farm values your privacy. We do not disclose customer information in any form with third parties. We do not keep your credit card information on file.
